The media could not be loaded.  The packaging was soo over bearing, the basket was out of shape, plus had the smell of fevicol presumably used for wrapping, the basket seems of poor quality.

Feels like a premium product as it looks good and is quite sturdy. Excellent effort by the support team too in explaining the product manufacturing process, and subsequent follow ups on product satisfaction.
