I've ordered this product three times and will continue to do so. I don't ever want to be without it! I'm no expert in shilajit, this is only the second brand I've tried. There is another provider of shilajit that people rave about, and I'm convinced this comes from the same distributer. This one is only slightly less expensive; however, I can reliably order this on a monthly subscription which is part of the reason I will continue to purchase from this seller. I thoroughly read reviews before purchasing, but tried to manage my expectations of this product. Wow! The first two weeks of taking this, I had energy like I haven't experienced in 15 or more years!! Then, after the two weeks, my energy dropped again. Why wasn't this product working? Well, I was taking this to help work on our house, was up all hours of the night, and still managed to wake up the next day and do it all over again. I was exhausting my body trying to meet a deadline. We are not machines and my body was telling me I needed rest. After taking some downtime to rest, my energy is back and these pills feel like a miracle worker. Please don't expect this product to carry you through a lifetime of poor health decisions. Have realistic expectations. Get your bloodwork done, too. My fatigue has been caused by iron overload (NOT DUE TO THIS PRODUCT). So I'd guess that once I work through that, this product will perform even better for my body. Additionally, since adding this to my supplement routine, my teeth are remineralizing. It's pretty incredible. It took a few months to notice that my teeth look more dense and are whiter, but it's happening. This is the only addition I've made over the last few months. I've had issues with malabsorption throughout my life due to leaky gut and celiac disease. I suspect this is helping to heal and allow for better mineral absorption. I love it and am very grateful to have found this product!

First experience with this supplement. It's seemingly better than the paste type. Because it has a harder shell and you swallow it whole, the taste is not as much as if it were the paste version. If you let it sit in your mouth while having to pour the water because you forgot to prepare that first, then it's an awful taste, but not a completely intolerable taste. The hype I read and watched videos about is no joke. I was awake and clear headed all day. My energy levels were through the roof. (Keep in mind that I am 63 years old with some minor medical issues) My stomach fared well, no issue there. I will continue the 2 month course of the 60 tablet and see what the results are by then.

The product has a strong smell. That's a bad as it was for me. Every other aspect of the product was positive. I had more energy and felt less lethargic after using it consistently for 3 months. The first month was not showing much difference but with consistency various habits that has been giving me a better quality of life has started. I'm going to further keep track going forward. But for now it's a good purchase.

They taste terrible, they stick to the package, hard to get out. They stink but if they do what they say they do and if it is good quality I will take them regardless

I think it's working. I am not an expert, and have no experience with shilajit. I heard about it from a friend and decided to give it a try. I'm 39 years old, female, and I'm starting to feel a bit less energetic. I also wanted to boost my immune system, and sluggish metabolism, and i heard shilajit works in all these areas. I decided on this brand because it looks the most like the pure resin (which i imagine is the best). Im just guessing, i have no idea, but these tablets have a natural smell, that is a bit earthy, piney and smoky. The tablets are slightly sticky if you hold them for too long, which is how i read pure shilajit is. I've been taking this product for about two and a half weeks and i definitely feel more energetic than before. Not boosted energy or excess, i just feel like i can maintain activities that would nornally make me feel tired, if that makes sense. I feel overall more energetic, not more energy. I think it's important to distinguish the two feelings. We're nornally expecting "more energy" and so we pump caffeine and stimulants in order to pep up, but this is not like that. I wake up with less lag and i carry out my day more sustained and awake throughout the day. I'm sleeping better at night. Im not certain if the shilajit is helping, but I'm gonna say yes. I haven't noticed metabolic changes that result in weight loss, but fingers crossed, it's still early. I have a bit less joint pain, and i hope it's due to the shilajit, but i can't say for certain. I will definitely keep taking this supplement. I recommend at least trying it for yourself. I will add, that i drink water and follow a sebsible diet and healthy lifestyle, along with taking tgis supplement. This supplement adds to my overall health and wellness. If you're not living very healthy, i don't know how much this will benefit you. I take 1 tablet each morning, i may increase to morning and evening.

Shilajat is ancient . It has been a part of Ayurvedic medicine for too long to count and there is good reason for that. It is packed full of trace minerals and Fulvic acid which are so very important for human nutrition. This is a great make of this precious stuff and these tiny tablet are such an easy way to take it. just one a day is quite enough to build back energy and strength in a fabulous way. I was very , very unwell with pneumonia at Christmas . I have been unable to get my energy back. I recently remembered Shilajat and started taking it about 2 weeks ago. It says you need about 10 days to notice the benefits but after 2 days I could already feel a change. My energy now is so much better. Not fully there but really, I am getting close to being me again. I only wish I had remembered it before . This is a wonderful supplement with too many health benefits to name. Minerals are very, very important to our health and they are very hart to get from food. The soil has been out of minerals for about 100 years and that is the only place they can come from, . Intensive farming does not replace minerals in the soil . In addition they are large molecules and hard to absorb. Not only do these tables give you many minerals you need but there are much easier to take than the other forms. I , personally, swallow them with water. I find them too burny under my tongue .. So I just take one a day and get more and more energy. You can not put a price on that . Fabulous make , fabulous stuff. I will never be without it.
