A little acidic. The other ones from Skippy are far better. The large 5 lb is not available in grocery stores and it is better protein. For body builder go to the Birthday Cake peanut butter available on Amazon. Top, very tasty protein with no acidic effect!

I love the texture of this pb. It has a slighty thicker consistency to it than ordinary pb. Almost like slightly thick matte frosting or fudge, and it's really smooth and flavorful. I could eat this jar by itself🤤 or breakdown some dark chocolate squares with it 🍫 wow! I also noticed I don't bloat with this pb 🤞. Anyways, it's great, definitely a great way to add in extra protein. I love it
