Customer satisfaction is a MUST
I ordered this overpriced tea to begin with because I really like this tea and you can only get it on amazon now for the double the price not only did I not get it but the seller is telling me I need to contact USPS to get my money back I see why the stores don't sell this anymore due to bad customer service within the seller of this product
