The cough medicine really works. However, I ordered 6 boxes and received only 5. Have tried to reach out to Customer Care regarding this, but to no avail.Pics taken as I opened the parcel..

It says that each quantity contains two pieces and the minimum order quantity is three*. In that case, there must be Six* pieces in total. But I received only 5 and one is missing.
