. . . it is not without its problems. We got it partly to wash our masks every week without needing to run a big load of laundry. I assume the masks are getting clean — we tried washing a dirty rag first and that looked very clean — but we haven’t yet left this washer unsupervised.— the wire coming from the motor floats in the water and really gets in the way. A suction cup that is supposed to anchor the wire against the side of the bucket is totally worthless.— the first time we used it the fabric wrapped around the wire so tightly that it pulled the motor off of the bottom of the bucket.— one time a strap from a mask got tangled in the motor’s spinner so that it was stuck in one mode.— now we stand over the bucket watching the items and making sure they do not get stuck around the wire or disrupt the spinner.So it works but it’s a bit of a pain to use.But I have thought it would be a cool thing to use for light washing while traveling since it would very easily fit into a suitcase.

I got this to use at the hotel after my son's transplant in order to avoid the laundromat. I should have saved my money and bought a bucket because that is the only good thing about this product. It holds water.

Item does not work . I was very disappointed . Wasted my money. I would of sent it back but my husband threw the box out.

Love the portable aspect, but this wouldnt be my main source of laundry machine. I used it for a few baby clothes, so it was light weight. It’s easy to use, good for few articles of clothing.

I purchased this and used once. Next time it would not spin. Could not return since my return window and closed so they sent another to replace. I shipped original back. Second one, SAME THING! It works great the first time and then that's it! Definitely junk and not worth paying for.

I bought this product and it didn’t work. The company reached out to me and they are immediately sending me a new one and they were extremely fast and courteous about the manner. Extremely awesome customer service !

I enjoyed the product while it lasted. I ordered this item the first time, and it stopped working after the first day I used it. I easily returned it and got my replacement within the next day - points there for quick service. The second item worked well for the first couple of times and I had high hopes that I'd get to use this a little longer. It lasted exactly a month - and I did not use this more than 10 times total. Of course, the day it stops working is one day past the expiration for returns.Overall, it's not worth the trouble, but I added made it two stars for the quick return service and the times that it did work. Sad it didn't last longer...

Works really great, maybe a little loud, my one issue with it is that the suction cup connectors should be built into the base. The adhesive doesn’t hold up under water and my motor keeps floating away
