Sephra Luxury Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix (12x1Ltr)

I recently purchased a soft serve ice cream machine via Amazon so have been trying different ice cream mixes and recipes. For convenience, these 1 litre liquid UHT ice cream mixes are great. I hadn’t tried this Sephra brand before, so it was a bit of a leap of faith ordering 12 1 litre boxes. However, I’m glad I did as the ice cream tastes nice, very Mr Whippy and not too sweet either with a soft vanilla flavour. (I tried a powder recently that just didn’t taste as nice), This Sephra brand from Scotland is made using Jersey cream and does taste creamy, though still light, slightly foamy and holds its shape from the soft serve ice cream machine. It is quite firm when frozen in a tub, but doesn’t take long to soften, or use a hot spoon (dip the spoon in hot water in a mug). My husband and I are very happy with this vanilla jersey cream ice cream mix, it took 45 minutes to form a soft serve ice cream from the machine. The use by date is January 2025, I’m happy with 6 months, though I understand the ice cream can have up to a year from manufacturing, though my receipt had my use by batch as less than 1 month, but all the boxes have 6 months stamped on them.
