Fixed my problem , works as well as it did when new.
my comms would stop working periodically. sometimes every few minutes sometimes once an hour. my A40S ARE VERY OLD. 9 ish years. ordered this mic and its like new again. (its grey not white) but i dont care about that.

Awesome saved me from buying new
Mic works great and looks just like original. Seems to fall down easier than original but could just be that my headset socket is worn out. Overall very satisfied

Works great
This replacement mic saved my headset. I thought it was going to be it for my Astros when my mic stopped working but I took a shot on replacing the mic before giving up on them and they work great again

Great Mic, Wrong Color!
The mic itself is great. I am giving three stars because I was given the wrong color. I had ordered grey, so just be aware that you might also receive a mic in a different color. Again the mic is great and works perfectly.
