Work better than coffee filter
Came packaged well and easy to put together. The caps are a little hard to get off, but other than that I think had less growth of anything else on top of the brine than when using a coffee filter. The lid seals are great and just don't fill jar so high that you can't get the stem of the airlock to seal into the o-ring in the center.You can use the lid center o-ring cap to seal it and put in fridge if want. But I just use my regular mason jar lids. Liked them enough to buy a 2nd set.

They work as advertised
They fit wide mouth glass jars, as promised. The gaskets are easy to install, although I'm not sure what the point of having the little gasket cover is since it seems to pop out on its own. Not like I planned to use it anyway.
