PureMate 380W Nutrition Smoothie Maker | Juicer and Food Processor Fitness Blender Machine | Power Grinder with Stainless Steel Blades

I use this to make my morning smoothie and it easily blends frozen fruit. It comes with a good selection of cup sizes to suit a variety of needs. After a week of use, the main blender section started smoking when using and presumably had burnt out. I contacted customer services and they quickly responded and send me a new unit within a few days which I was really happy with and the new unit has been performing well. One of the blade units the rubber seal also snapped but since I have an extra as part of the set I’ve not chased this up. Overall a good product but I would say this is for light use due to the issues I’ve had but this was cheaper than other options so overall I’m still content for the price.

I gave a much better review of this product shortly after purchasing it, as I was impressed with the whole gadget and how easy it was to use. I'd never had one of these before, but had previously used food blender and we also own a much larger food processor.Initially it was great with no problems, until a week ago, whilst making one of my regular smoothies and, as some have already stated before me, there was a distinct smell of burning coming from it. Coupled with this was some smoke, so it was immediately switched off. The jug that was used for blending was still attached, so I decided to take it off and as you can see from the photograph - it all came away and the contents spilled all over the kitchen worktop. Rather like a volcano erupting!I contacted Amazon, returned it today and they have just notified me that I have been refunded.We have now bought another food blender for the same price but much more robust with a 3 year warranty.

This has probably been used more than any other kitchen gadget that we have for coking, smoothies and even grinding chocolate bars for hot chocolate - highly recommended

Is wasn't impressed with this purchase, I managed to blend one smoothie and then when I went to make another one exactly the same it started to smoke and smell of burning so I switched it off at the mains, removed the blender jug and found that the base with the blades had come off and when I lifted it off, the smoothie went everywhere. Really not satisfied with this purchase and will be pursuing a refund.

I absolutely love this smoothie maker! Bought as a nutribullet replacement as it could not deal with ice, and this outperforms it on all levels. It deals with ice, frozen fruit and large apple chunks like it’s nothing. The jug is quite small so good for storage, and the extra cups etc are very good. The extra set of blades is great! Overall very happy and for the price you won’t get better.

Used once , struggled with frozen fruit the motor laboured from start , bottom came off of jug and covered worktop in smoothie , sent it straight back . Amazon refunded instantly so no harm done . Don't buy this item .
