Carabiner weak
Carabiners are a little weak, one broke within third use. Pole where weight sits fits Olympic weights. Would recommend buying stronger carabiner from your local hardware store. Besides that everything was well shipped and packaged and has been working amazing. Quick set up too!

Versatile home gym cable system
Effectively substitutes gym tension/pulley type exercises for at home use. Don’t bother buy an expensive cable machine as they gave much more versatility while being to still lift heavy and safely. The cable swings a little on the way up with the weights but not in any way that is annoying/cumbersome.

Does the trick for an at home gym
The handles are comfortable. There is just the right amount of thickness to it. The cable pulley system doesn’t feel like it would be able to hold up to a lot of weight but does fine for light weightlifting, but it also swings the weight around if it is too light which in turn has the weights swinging into you. Overall it does the trick for an at home gym.

Good price
Decent for the price. Be prepared to have a good spot to install. Kind of a pain to get it to the proper height. If you plan on changing the height often good luck!!

Great Gift
I purchased this as a gift. The price was definitely affordable compared to other similar sets. The receiver loved it! They said the pull down bar rope was great quality. I wouldn’t know so I take their word for it. I definitely recommend.

Don't get discouraged if you don't have a cage. Strong doorway will do the trick
Will fit at the top of door jams If you don't have a cage just be careful to stand away from the door far enough to prevent scratches and dings but feels like I'm at the gym lost a few inches

I am using this solely for tricep workouts… It was super easy to install and it’s perfect for the location and purpose for which I am using it. Highly recommend!

ottimo prodotto
il completo di cavo e raccordi è adatto all'uso della palestra in casa , carrucola molto silenziosa e robusta, si sposta tutto con molta facilità. io la uso per i tricipiti e funziona benissimo, sono convinto che aggiungendo qualche altra carrucola potrà essere utile anche per altri esercizi.

simplemente cojonudo malaria que tuviera otra polea y otra sirga pero el precio es el que es, pero l verdad es que si no te quieres gastar las perras en maquinas ni leñes estos muy muy practico
