I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He does low carb and I didn't want him to not have all the good snacks everyone else can have. We received three blocks of cheese and three blocks of sausage-- great variety and taste, fresh. Decently sized and no weird textures. Maybe a little bit pricey for the money we spent? But if you want something that tastes good, I think you have to splurge, especially around the holiday season, when every penny counts. I would rather buy less for people, if I have to, and buy them something they actually like, tastes good, and is a quality product. It sure beats buying them something they'll never use...

This was a gift for Christmas that I had sent to my sister. She loved it! She sliced it up and had it for Christmas dinner and she said it was delicious.

It's a very good balance of quality and value. The sausage is outstanding as well as the cheese selection. Easily enough for multiple servings.

I first noticed this wonderful product when I was a child and a friend of my parents who lived in Wisconsin sent a basket of this shelf stable cheese as a holiday present. However my order of this seems to have disappeared and I'm not sure what happened to it. However it really is wonderful. I've had it before as I said.
