Very helpful on my tractor
Cant see the fill level of hydraulic oil through the glass eye without the dye. A little of it goes a long way. Also helps detecting oil level on the front axle with a (YELLOW!) dipstick that would otherwise be useless. Use different colors for hydraulic and front axle so you can tell by the color of the drips where its from.

Extremely Effective
Product works extremely well for finding hydraulic leaks. Clean the suspected leak area, add the correct amount of dye to reservoir, and then watch the magic happen. You will be able to pinpoint exactly where the leak is.Only 4 stars for this review, as the container is a bit messy once opened. Could use improvement with a better sealing cap. Also would prefer this product in a larger quantity.

Worked great. Did exactly what I needed it to do. Had a brake fluid leak. Added to brake fluid reservoir. Be careful adding dye. Do not spill or splash on anything. Start the car and pump the brake a few times to get the dye into the system. Utilizing the UV light I purchased with the dye I was easily and quickly able to see the leak was coming from a leaking brake caliper. Obviously do this at nighttime or in a dark garage or similar to make it easier. The dye glows under the UV flash light
