I got this desk Two years ago and it's still really solid it's well made the legs are metal I paid about $235 for it and it's been great. I used to have to buy a new desk chair every year and a half because the pole would break or something would go wrong with them. This one is really solid made it was definitely worth the money. It has a handle crank that you lift and tilt the chair back like you can see in this picture And has good armrests that actually raise up or down{underside push button} and have a little bit of a give side to side with them & they are about as long as an average forearm length. It makes it really nice to take little cat naps. I just pause my games and my streaming and lean back and sleep for 15 minutes to an hour. The only thing I did was I took the massager lumbar piece off and I got a ergonomic pillow that fits in there good. The foot rest actually folds and slides up under Then you just slide it out and unfold the foot rest part and it is good to go. Anybody that is looking for a good desk chair I highly recommend this one! it's definitely worth it.

Guys I never right reviews. This is the first. I have bought 16 different chairs now even some similar to this. But. Out of all the chairs I've bought this is the most durable. The material is soft and playable but not slick. I game and work from home as a day trader for 12 plus hours a day. Holy cow I never have any back problems I never lose focus. The two pillows provided allow me for constant support that is always able to be adjusted at a whim. It doesn't creak or squeak which others do this is how I know it's well lubricated. For what you pay honestly it's a steal for a 5 year chair. And the customer service is extremely fast to resolve any. Questions or issues. Super greatful to have found a chair and company that actually puts out something this quality for this price.

I work 2 jobs from home so I needed something that could withstand around 14 hrs of constant use at least 5 days a week. I have had this chair for about a month now and I love it!! The lumbar and the vibration are perfect. I especially like the wider lumbar pillow. It fits my back much better than the rounded or smaller ones. The head/neck pillow fits perfectly as well. Love the material bc it doesn’t get hot when I’m sitting and it’s not sticky like others. Arm tests are a great height as well. This chair was super easy to put together and only took about 30 minutes. I am a 5’10” tall female and I weigh about 275 lbs. this chair is plenty big for me and I have a little room to work with on each side of me. My thighs don’t touch either arm rest at all. I have only two small complaints. The first one is that after about a week, the chair started to squeak a little, nothing major, but definitely noticeable. The second thing is that while the back rest comes up far enough for taller people, the foot rest is absolutely not meant for TALL people. The foot rest hits just below my knees and that’s with my hurt all the way back in the seat. After only a couple mins of my feet basically dangling at an awkward angle they start to tingle and fall asleep, so the foot rest really can’t be used. I doubled checked to make sure that I had it on correctly and I do… not sure why it’s such a shallow foot rest… this chair would basically be perfect if it wasn’t for that. Hoping that the company can offer any suggestions as the chair is described as being for “big & tall” people. Big, sure, but tall, totally missed the mark. Still give this chair a 4 star rating though because the “issues” are minor for me, although the footrest was a bigger reason for choosing this one. Worth the money for sure and better than the higher priced ones I have tried!!

So I was expecting this chair to show up 2 days after Christmas but ended up showing up the day before Christmas which surprised me so kudos for the quick shipping.Box was in excellent shape, parts ans everything was packaged very nicely in my opinion which was another plus, the base of the chair is made out of metal instead of the cheap plastic you normally get for gaming chairs, wheels seemed cheap but that's fine you can always order a diff style of aftermarket ones if you choose to, now as for the bottom and back of the chair 10 out of 10 for me the seat is very comfy I'm 5'8" 260ish pounds and holds up extremely well after a couple hours it's still comfy as can be and the back is jus as comfy to with the upper and lower lumbar pillows that come with the chair.Overall look of the chair is a 10 for me the stitching and comfort was a big thing for me and the succeeded far beyond my expectations, it's a beautiful chair and the lumbar pillows that come with it are jus as comfy and have the same design quality as the rest of the chair, yes the lower cushion comes with a USB cord in case you want the vibration but honestly I don't use it cause it doesn't really matter to me.The only complaint I have which isn't to important to me is that the arm rest you can move them and rotate them into almost any position I jus haven't found a way to lock em into place but other than that the chair is perfect so far and absolutely love it its well worth the money
