KETTLER Outdoor 15 Table Tennis Table Ready to Play Bundle

We were very excited to get the 15 table for Christmas as a surprise to the family. It arrived in some heavy duty packaging. CEVA unpacked for $140 and it showed two of the wheels were broken.The table did not include the cover nor paddles that were included in the package purchased.When Kettler was contacted they said they would send two wheels and I would replace the wheels on my own. I told them they would need to replace the wheels as I was not in a position to do so. They asked if I could find a handyman to do the work and they would pay. Somehow or another this became my problem to fix which is not right when it arrives broken and you pay $2500+ for high end outdoor table.We finally had table returned and after days someone finally picked up. I was not provided refund until it arrived at their location. I did not agree to that and thought that they should have refunded when shipping pickup at house.I am also not clear why they would use plastic as the wheel bracing. The rest of table is made with metal. It would only make sense to make a key point in metal so it would not break. It would have likely broken later down the line when moving around the back patio. It is like they skimped on an important key piece of an outdoor table…
