Update 22 Sep 2020: Ok so I'm back. I found the missing nuts stuck to one of the metal pieces. I haven't heard from the vendor yet but I was able to put this thing together. Easy yet a pain. Some holes were not pre-drilled, some were off alignment, and the top screws were almost impossible to maneuver given the placement. The tools provided to put it together are of such poor quality, they stripped; the L wrench and screw driver both. Trash! Even the accessories to put it together were cheap and felt like plastic. The craftsmanship is of such poor quality, the wood screws wouldn't even hold the bottom cabinet or top shelf in place. They don't even tighten so it makes the unit a little off balance. I'm relying on the rest of the framing and shelving to stabilize the unit, which it surprisingly seems to hold ok. Honestly, save yourself the time and trouble, and look for a better piece of furniture. For the price, it should be much better quality. Even the fake wood used is already peeling. From the packaging to the actual item itself, it's just a nuisance. I'd send it back but that'd be even more trouble and too much work. I'll use it until I can replace it. Again, they're lucky to get two stars. Save your money, time and effort.Original Review: I swear I researched hours and hours before deciding on this rack. I was super excited only to be disappointed. First, it took forever to be delivered... ridiculous. Second, it was not packaged well at all. I could hear and feel the contents inside moving around when bringing it inside from the porch where it was left. There was no packaging materials at all to protect the contents other than a thin piece of plastic between "some" of the items. By some, I mean very few all of which were ripped or torn regardless. Everything was just stacked up against each other. There were two plastic bags of parts (i.e., screws, etc.), but they were also just thrown in the center of the box. A decent size screw driver was provided, cool but not protected, and just thrown into the box freely. Very little care or attention taken to package this item and it has no doubt contributed to the scratches all over the wood and damage to two wooden piece corners. To top it off, none of the bolts were provided to tighten the screws so I can't even put the item together. With that being said, 'm unable to rate ease of assembly, storage capacity, or sturdiness as I now only have a pile of stuff in the middle of my floor that I can't do anything with. I've already reached out to the vendor for replacement parts and the missing bolts. However, if they're response is anything like the shipping I don't expect to hear back from them any time soon. They're lucky I'm giving this product two-stars. I will be back to update my review soon once the vendor has had a chance to respond. If no response, I will also be providing a vendor review. Honestly, any business owner should and would be disappointed with the way they executed this order. Unacceptable!

While it’s beautiful, it’s not complete. It’s missing 18 predrilled hole spots so I’m having to measure and drill them all myself. The screws for the stopper on the cabinet are too fat on top so the option is for the door to not close all the way or have the doors completely swing inside. The instructions are nothing but pictures. I’m on step 10 and am gonna have to disassemble and go back a few steps to fix what wasn’t correct. I would just ship it back but a) it’s 45 pounds and b) it was shipped via FedEx and the box was destroyed when I received it.

Excellent product for the price. Fairly easy to install.

I was able to put this together in about an hour. The instructions are limited but definitely not impossible. I suggest separating the pieces before attempting assembly. There were missing screw holes which was super frustrating as I had to pre-drill them myself. It also came with a ton of extra hardware, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you misplace things like I do lol. I checked the measurements before purchasing so I knew this rack would only be about 4.5 ft tall. It's cute and sturdy. I don't know if it's worth the price point but I am overall happy with it now that it's put together. I probably would not purchase again though.

Are you looking for a puzzle to work on? Do you want your finished product to be made of damaged and defective parts? Do you like having to deduce what part goes where? Then this is for you! Literally every board arrived damaged. Nothing was labeled. The hardware all smells like motor oil. The door handles come with screws that don’t fit. The directions are just pictures, which is fine except it doesn’t show that the metal frame has a front and a back—you find that out at the very last step.Overall, this thing is a piece of crap for what it costs. Save yourself the time and money, and DO NOT PURCHASE.

I just received this and put it together over the weekend. It was very easy to put together although the directions had listed a designated "Letter" to each piece but there was none. But it really didn't make a difference it still went together with ease. When completed its a beautiful stand, very sturdy, I am very pleased with it. Looks great!!

The instructions aren’t very helpful and seem to need to be updated. Some holes weren’t where they were supposed to be in the boards (according to the instructions) and some holes weren’t even cut out! Don’t have a power drill so I screwed in the screws right into the wood manually.Some angles where the boards need to be screwed into place are a little hard to maneuver around, but we got it done.I like that there is the extra support near the bottom with the brace.It cleared up counter space and the end product looks good. I love it in my kitchen, but it was a hassle to get to that point. Maybe if you like puzzles this is the perfect project for you. LolVisitors won’t see the small details I see and dislike. Could be better for the money spent but it definitely works for now.

We bought this unit for a rental to add some cabinet space to the small kitchen. It's a decent cabinet for the price. The only complaint we have was there were really no assembly instructions. There were pictures, but the pictures didn't really look like the actual parts. And there were many, many left over parts. Too many screws and too few holes to put them in. And the bracing for the back was missing. But when we finished, it was very sturdy and did add the extra space we needed in the kitchen
