I wasn't sure if I was going to keep these initially but found a great deal on them. I can work out of a loud bar without my company even knowing. The sound quality and mic quality are excellent and bonus that you can connect more than one device and activating audio will play the appropriate device. The only drawbacks are that they aren't full over-ear despite being noise canceling and with long periods of wear can be a bit uncomfortable, but that's any headphones. Overall it is a great product and a new travel essential (useful for workouts in a pinch even).

Durable and well constructed. Sound cancelation is good. Excellent battery life. I'm not a fan of the muted/not muted voice guidance, including relentless annoying 'Lower Mic to Unmute' ...shame I had to turn prompts completely off. Teams button has rarely been useful.

Very good range, clarity, and easy to pair. Battery life is more than sufficient for a full day+ of continuous use. The automatic muting by lifting the boom mike is a nice feature and supports double muting on Teams if desired. Also, very comfortable.

I had a pair of Jabra Evolve 75 which lasted about 4 years until the automatic noise cancelling broke. I didn't see the 75 available so bought this Evolve 65. Great sound, microphone is wonderful as far as anyone else being able to hear me. Great for voice and music, blue tooth works perfectly with PC, iPhone and iPad. Seems a very long battery life as advertised. I gave it 3 stars because of the much lower quality build than my old 75 and the description was such that it is easy to assume it has ANC - which it does not. As I remember the description says the on ear pads are tight enough to eliminate environmental sound which is not true. Probably I did not clearly understand. The band is pretty tight which for me causes discomfort after a couple of hours.

I purchased this headset a months ago and there are several quirks that make this headset remarkably frustrating to use. I wish I knew about them prior to buying the headset, I NEVER would have purchased them. First, when I take the headset off of the USB cable (once it's finished charging) I have to click the mute/unmute button 3 times in order to unmute the microphone or the headset remains muted. Second, the audio quality is garbage ... sometimes. This is one of the most frustrating things. I understand that the audio quality for the headset will be different when on calls, but sometimes it sounds amazing when watching youtube, netflix etc. Then, out of nowhere, the audio drops to garbage quality for no reason. Not on a call, not starting a phone application on my computer... nothing. The audio drops to garbage and there's no way to get the quality back.... Third, after a little time on zoom, the microphone starts getting choppy and my customers tell me I sound "robotic" while talking... This is a major inconvenience and makes me look unprofessional. I spent a lot of money on this headset and these issues shouldn't exist... DO NOT BUY!!!

This headset has been wonderful. The sound quality is amazing. I love the MS Teams integration. I love that it mutes the mic when the boom arm is up and that it has a button to leave the meeting on the headset. I also love that the headset has lights on it to indicate that you are on a call. Now my family knows when I’m busy and I don’t get asked if I’m on a call constantly. Also, the ability to answer a call from the headset works wonderfully too. I’m very happy with this headset and it was worth the money.

I bought these for when I have to take work calls in noisy environments, and the microphone is fantastic. I've taken calls in a noisy airport and folks on the other end reported no background noise at all. Battery life is also good, and it's very easy to set up and use on a new device.
