Quick healing time
I consistently buy and use these during the summer. I feel they really help if I have a cold sore to cut the time down half that needs to heal. I had lost my other smaller bottle. Which was quite old when I finally found it but I opened them and the old ones were still effective. The pill size is decent and it is smooth so it’s easy to swallow. It’s worked well for me whenever I have had a lot of sun exposure and eaten a lot of sugar to bring me back to homeostasis. Great brand and will continue to order

Must buy if you suffer from canker sores. Cuts healing time in half.

Helps my skin
This is a great product if you need it. Pill size is great... when I don't take it I notice a big skin change for the worse, it give me no size effects & I'd say... my skin says it's effective. There is no tase unless you decide not to swallow and keep it in your mouth I suppose. I don't do that- but you do you boo.

Really works
Very good in helping prevent cold sores . When I fill a cold sour or even a tingle I start an about a weeks reg and it seems to really work. Without having to take a bunch of pills.

On the fence about this product
I've taken most of the bottle and I truly can't say there's any difference. So on the fence with this product. I can safely say that I'm at the bottom of the overly huge plastic bottle and I found a disfigured looking pill. Not sure if it is something to be consurned about or was a quality control ovesite.
