This product helps a little with appetite control but you have to take it for a while before you feel it helping, it doesnt work right away. It helped a little with sugar cravings but I used gnc appetrex control and that helped way more and more faster. I didnt feel any sideaffects with this product so its good to take if you are not looking for fast results. It helps in the long run but you have to take it constantly and dont expect it to work right away.

I always feel energized while I take these supplements.

Okay, the reviews were a bit mixed on this, but I decided to give it a try anyway. It's only been a short time since I received the product and started using it, but I don't see any difference. I'm using it twice a day as prescribed, but my appetite is the same and I see no changes so far, but then I know it's still too soon to tell. I will give this about a month and if I see no change then either, I will not buy another one. But the pills are small and easy to take, which I like.

Seller was very prompt, but the product did nothing...thought that i would try it for a month...with work I knew that I would have little chance to workout. Took two pills per day...and gained 7 lbs in one month...with little change to diet.

After reading about this product I decided to give it a try. I've been taking one capsule a day for less than 2 weeks and have lost three pounds.At my age of 66, it is really hard to shed pounds but this product does it without cutting back on meals, eliminating occasional cocktails, or excessive exercise. I do walk a couple of miles everyday and (mostly) eat well balanced meals but I've always done that. The only way I've ever been able to lose weight was with a very strict diet and giving up the evening glasses of red wine. I love this stuff.In 2 months I'll be in for a cholesterol test and then I'll see if this product is truly the miracle supplement it claims to be. Bet it is.

Well, it didn't work for me, and I have since found a better solution just by eating around 4 frozen organic cherries after each meal. They satisfy my appetite better than the mango ever did and work better than anything else I have tried for losing weight.I eat a low-carb regimen to control my blood sugar levels and was having trouble feeling full after a meal, so ate more than allowed me to lose weight.
