If you want your nexus 6P to charge any faster than 550 milliamp you don't want this charger. If I connect the 6P directly to the wall work I get a charge of up to 1480Milliamp, and I tried it with 3 different wall wort and this doesn't cut it. If I listen to a podcast with the phone in the charger the battery actually loses power rather than charge. I wouldn't recommend this dock at all. There has to be better docks, I just went by the New Version they had posted and thought they would have it working fine for the Nexus 6P but I guess not.

Very happy with this! It seems sturdy and holds my phone securely. I especially like the fact that the usb nub is adjustable; basically you attach your phone and then raise or lower the little nub so the phone is sitting properly in the dock. This is important! If you don't the phone has tons of room to move and I expect it would damage your charging port on your phone eventually. Another nice touch is that I can still access to fingerprint scanner on the back of my phone. So I can unlock the screen while it's charging (plus it's easy to see and use phone while it's sitting up in the dock) don't have any complaints so far but will update if I do.Disclaimer:I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

It looks decent, and holds the phone nicely. However the fact that it can only slow charge the phone is a serious drawback.Using the Nexus 6P Wall charger, with the cable provided, it just does normal charging. I guess only good for the bedroom where it has the night to charge, but not ideal for my office desk, where I often need the rapid charge.

Takes all day to charge the phone, it is going back...
