This product did not live up to it's description. The narrow strip of silicon on the base is not enough to stop it slipping on the edge of our ceramic sink and the pump is quite stiff which meant that when our 6 year old tried to depress it the whole thing slipped off the side and smashed - see photo. Really disappointing as lost the lovely soap inside all over the floor. See through bottom is obviously a weak spot.

Although this product looks great and it easy to use after having it for a couple of months the metal has started rusting and staining our sink. Not great for a bathroom/kitchen product

I bought one of these so called soap dispensers and it broke straight away on first use. Got a second one after wasting my time returning the first useless piece of junk only to get a second one and the same thing happen. How hard can it be, you put the soap in, replace the plunger and pump the soap out. Easy, right? Not for this product. You expect to press the plunger a few times to get the soap to the top but several plunges later annnnnnnnd………nothing, then the tube detaches from the body and it’s broken. Terrific. Style over substance. It is literally a useless product. Carex and other manufactuers can get this right for 99p a bottle. So for over £15 you’d expect a quality product. If others have got this to work then they must be much more lucky than I have been as to have two different products fail in exactly the same way seems a bit too much of a coincidence. I will not be buying any Joseph Joseph products again.

I was initially put off of this by a lot of negative reviews, however my wife had seen it in a shop and wanted one.We're really pleased with it, the lid turns and opens easily, it stores a decent amount of liquid soap, and the pump is good, it dispenses a good amount on your hand.The bottom of the dispenser is clear plastic so you can see how much liquid is left.If I had a negative it would be that for £15 it probably is a bit expensive for what it is, as it is only a basic plastic shell, not particually sturdy premium plastic, but I guess your paying a premium for the brand name engraved on the top.Overall very pleased, and would recommend this.

👍 This is a great product until it started to leak last week. My wife had noticed when she cleaned the shelf in the bathroom there was a sticky blob or two near the dispenser. She then realised it was a leak not spillage. Our returns timing has run out so be aware. Maybe we bought B-stock or maybe we’re unlucky.

Bought this to replace a previous dispenser which volumised soap & water mix to produce foam. This just squirts soap, but doesn't direct it downwards. It's on a shelf above my handbasin and directs the jet at my shirt, no matter how hard I try to catch it. Will go back to old dispenser.

I liked the idea of this soap dispenser, however I’m not happy with the projection of the soap as it leaves the dispenser. You literally have to have your hand exactly underneath the pump, and if you don’t you’ll be constantly wiping it down, there’s not enough space between the dispenser and the body of the soap unit. There is literally only enough space for your finger to put under the dispenser instead of say your palm as is the case with usual shop bought soap dispensers.

I didn't scan the full reviews before I purchase, only the average star rating. I wish I had, as this is a truly terrible product. Aside from the fact that it is functionally poor (the spout is too small and needs to overhang the body of the unit more), it is unbelievably flimsy. I bought three as we have just moved into a new house, and two broke within days - the same fault many reported here - the internal spout comes apart, and when you try and replace it, it fails to then draw up any soap. I've suggested to Amazon that they should withdraw this product from sale, as it is dreadful and not fit for purpose. Customer service from Amazon stellar as always though, and have allowed me to return with no issues.This is the first product I've ever bought from Joseph Joseph, and it'll be the last.
