I recently lost a very expensive bracelet that I purchased for my son of John hardy due to its bad locking mechanism/ poor quality of latch. I would never buy from John hardy again as their customer service is rude and bad.

The bracelet was tarred and did not come in a Jewlers bag. It came bubble wrapped and in a zip lock bag. The bracelet was ok. A small is small. And it expands from the original size but was still very small. Returned due to the condition of the one I received. Very disappointing.

IT WAS DELIVERED FAST. SO, THAT PART WAS GOOD. THE BRACLETHOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE. IT WAS VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AND CHEAP LOOKING. THE PRICE OF THIS BRACELET WAS NEARLY $400.00. FOR THAT MONEY I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A SHOW STOPPER. I THOUGHT IT LOOKED LIKE I SPENT $50.00 TO $75.00 AND THAT I COULD HAVE PURCHASED IT AT ANY RUN OF THE MILL STORE NOT FROM A DESIGNER LIKE JOHN HARDY. SO HARD TO JUDGE ITEMS LIKE JEWLERY ON LINE.
