Are you able to slide the puzzle off without it coming apart once completed?

Put your cardboard or whatever you're going to mount it on on top of the puzzle. Lower the back bar thing so the easel is laying flat. Then, pick it all up and flip it over onto the board. Works just fine.

What can you do once you’re done with the puzzle and want to frame it?

I purchased one of those trifold science fair project. Put on top of and flip over. Instead of puzzle glue, I use those sheets on back of puzzle. Easy to apply, and wait several hours with heavy books on top. Flip over right side up, and you're ready to frame.

Does this come already assembled?

Yes, it comes completely assembled. However mine had a big dent in it, I think from the shipping. However before I returned it I decided to put some puzzle pieces on it to see if it would stay on very good. Nope, the pieces would just slide down! I would never buy it again. Product was not as it was advertised. Don't waste or money or try it yourself as soon as you get it and see what I am talking about.
