Grohe Eurocube Single-Handle Pull-Down Semi-Pro Kitchen Faucet, StarLight Chrome

Had a couple questions for this vendor I connected with them via email, and they responded and took care of my concerns within just a few hours. The Grohe faucet is great their are customer service is top-notch.

This is not a seller feedback, only a product feedback.The faucet has a beautiful finish however it does need to be wiped to keep it spot free.I will post another review later.The faucet is heavier than our old Kohler/Moen one indicating that there are more metal parts than plastic.The water force is much more than our old faucet.Its easy to clean the sink even though the length of the pull down is short. The faucet turns around to allow clean up.

The faucet feels very nicely built and looks gorgeous. We had a minor issue with the spray head not holding the "spray mode" after about a year. Grohe provides a lifetime warranty, which required very little effort. I sent them a single message and within a day Grohe shipped a replacement part. I am very pleased with the simplicity of filing the warranty claim.

First of all, this is a wonderful faucet which looks great.Second, do not purchase it on Amazon, go to your local plumbing dealer and get a new one.I bought this faucet from Amazon and had it professionally installed. The faucet immediately leaked from the handle, pieces were missing from the box and it was obvious that the box had previously been opened. I knew I should have been suspicious when the return address on the box was somewhere in Washington state listed as "Faucetsarecheap.com". This was undoubtedly grey market, used or factory reject. My plumber said he sees this all the time with internet fixtures. I purchased the same faucet from a local Grohe dealer (for $200 more than the Amazon price) and had it installed 2 days later, brand new with many parts in the box that did not come with the original item. The faucet looks great and is the centerpiece of our modern kitchen.It's amazing how many times I have to relearn the old adage "You get what you pay for". In this case, I got a broken item. Pay full price and you will be much happier, with a beautiful faucet

Faucet works well and is beautiful. Seems very sturdy and well made. I hope it has lasts, it gets heavy use. I wasn't aware that Grohe are no longer manufactured in Europe or North America, see picture.

This faucet was easy to install and has amazing water flow. I love that it will swivel so that I can rinse all 4 corners of the sink. The cube design is very eye catching and a definite conversation starter.

This faucet is really nice easy to clean. Smooth operation. Only thing I would like to see is a little stronger spring to keep the spray head in place a little better. Other than that it’s great, typical Grohe quality!!! I have several of their faucets and shower system. Wouldn’t buy any other brand. They are worth the money.

Purchased this through Amazon. It is one great looking faucet, but as the saying goes, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. When I opened the box and took out the faucet I noticed there were traces of water, insignificant. It was either returned to the seller and resold, all parts were there and appeared to be in original wrapping, or the water was from Grohe testing. I'm waiting for an answer from Grohe as to their testing of units. Installed by a plumber about a month ago. Worked fine until today, March 18, 2016. It drips water. When you pay $600 plus for a faucet you expect it to be in perfect working oder for years, not a month.
