You can feel the difference immediately compared to other electric toothbrushes or older head designs. The way the twisted and angled bristles work feels incredibly effective, and my teeth have never felt cleaner after brushing at home. It gives you that "just left the hygienist" feeling, and you can tell it's doing a great job at plaque removal. The quality is undeniable, and they fit the iO brush perfectly, as you'd expect from the genuine brand. However, I've had to drop one star simply because of the price. They are astonishingly expensive for what they are—just replacement heads. While the clean is fantastic, the ongoing cost of replacing these every few months is a significant drawback and makes this a very premium product to maintain. Overall, they are 5-star in performance but 3-star in value. I've settled on 4 stars as a compromise.
