No one can cut these keys.
I bought this key for my Beetle. I called every locksmith and Volkswagen dealership nearby, and NO ONE is able to cut this key. Few said they can program it, but that's not helpful if I can't get it cut. Another reason to not buy Volkswagens.

I was so excited to get the key.. until I tried it and it did NOT work at all.

To the buyer who wasn't happy because it didn't fit...
You do know it's an uncut blank key. You need to take it to your local VW dealer and have it cut for your car. Until then, it won't fit in your ignition or doors.
