Well done with the most detailed information that I have ever see. While 376 pages it was in small print to maybe closer to 500 pages.She makes it very clear that trading options and futures is not for the beginners. This is a tough game. Takes years to learn trading futures. We are trading against the big funds and commercials with big positions that can move the market when they want. Most trades are done with algos and the little retail trader is just road kill. If you are trading one minute charts you would be surprised how the big markets can change trends at the top and bottom of the hour. Why, well from what I see everyday, the algos are programmed at those times and not price. One great point was to stand aside before big reports in grains, index futures and bonds. In the old days in the pits it was called a fast market when you limit order was not filled even though it traded through your price. The price action in the seconds after the reports takes out all the stops on the upside or down side in seconds then reverses. Best to wait 15 minutes for the real trend to develop. Once again this is the best book on what to do and not to do trading options and futures.

Certainly it was the best book I’ve read about commodities ever! Simple language, lots of real examples and, most important and unique on 5this book, FAILED examples. That’s the first book I’ve read about trading that shows examples that failed. A great learning.Besides that, and that’s the main point of the book, it is focused on option selling, which I’ve been doing about two years. There’s much more opportunity in smaller and more probable gains in selling than bigger and (really) rare gains with options buying.I also recommend a the other book from the author and followed her on social media.This book is REALLY cheap compared to what you can get from it.

Anyone who gives this book less than five stars has never read a single other books on options. This is the definitive work on options; no one else needs to bother writing another options book. I teach options at the university level and have adopted this book as the manual for my options trading class.

If you are an experienced trader or a beginner.. this book is a must read ! A FULL five stars !

I love this book. This is a perfect book for someone who wants to learn about options and for someone who already knows how to trade them. The descriptions and explanations are so clear and current. This is one of my favorite trading books.

The book is excellent for use when trying to put together a commodity / futures option trade. The book is pretty much all-inclusive with regard to commodity / future option information. I would recommend the book for anyone who is working with or would like to use commodity / future options in their trading.

Where have you been my entire trading career? Carley does a fantastic job illustrating soup to nuts and uniquely highlights the commodity side.

This is a must to read book for anyone who’s making their way in futures training. Very valuable information from experienced author. Definitely recommend reading! Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. Yet to read , but am surprised to recieve such a huge sized book especially from a foreign author. Seems like local reprint(also says printed at repro india). Check a size comparison with 15.6 inch gaming laptop. Buy considering it's a heavy book and overall print and page quality not worth the price. Maybe the content will make it worthy. Will update later....
