Can this be used as leg makeup while on vacation in humidity and will it wash away if in a pool?

Hi, this product can be used on the full body, but it is Latin Dance Tanning Essential. It is not recommended in a pool.

Do you need to use a tanning lotion underneath the tanning makeup first?

Does it come with a mitt?

No mitt, but you can use the thin playtex gloves that come by the dozen and dispose after use or it will stain your hands. I don't use a mitt or you have to launder all the time and can't wash it with anything else.

how long does it last?

It can be washed with Soap or Foaming Cleanser and water.
