I checked for coffee premix wit No added Sugar and our product was shown as No sugar and I ordered . I received the package yesterday .The package looked dirty outside with perforations allover through powder was coming out and it was not air tight either. I find there is no return option for this . Because he package is damaged it is not safety to use.Please suggest what I should do? Swarnamalya Ganesh

With the increase of Rs.50, the flavour has degrded. I have already purchased the same product multiple times before and the flavour at that price point (Rs. 349) was okeish and in the last one, I found more coffee beans, but this new pack with Rs.50 increase, I could not diffrentiate a piece of coffee beans. even its taste has degraded.

Sugar content is more than required. More sugar is added to increase weight of the item.

The taste is normal, just like any instant coffee made at home with milk and sugar. The convenience of this product is just adding hot water to the premix. The premix is 3 in 1 mixture with coffee, milk powder & sugar.I would normally rate this product at 4 stars, but I have given it 1 star, because I received the packet in damaged condition. The original packet was completely split and the premix was leaking even from the outer package.

I use it for my cafe. My customers like its taste.

Great product .That's my favroute flavour but i could not fine in stores so first time bought from Amazon and my experience is awesome i will not go to store any more just order from here 😊
