I think I am missing the second biggest size. The product arrived on time. The packaging itself could have been better and may have resulted in a cup missing. Came in a cinched bag, inside a slightly opened plastic bag. When I inspected the cups, they looked new and clean. I tried the second smallest size briefly on myself to check the quality. I must say I am impressed so far. It holds a good suction and slide (used coconut oil). It's easy to apply and easy to break suction. As far as the missing cup goes, I contacted Amazon and they gave me a couple options: return for a full refund and order product again or keep the 3 cups for a partial refund. I chose to keep for a partial refund because the current options for ordering don't fit my needs. Amazon has always been so easy to deal with in these types of situations, I always get off the phone satisfied with their customer service regardless of the product.
