The media could not be loaded. Wanted for interesting toy and decor - no instructions in box how to best assemble so pushed each strut in hole on base but couldn’t push ‘home’ … so used a wooden spoon held on each corner to protect it … and then used a heavy metal ladle to ‘bang’ each corner home one at a time.Needs to be tight fitting for practical purposes and when moving it … and once in firmly it all works fine.

This doesn’t work. Very disappointed as remember my uncle having one of these on his office desk some 30 years ago so thought I would get one. The holes aren’t large enough so the structure isn’t stable and the frame falls in which means the balls don’t swing properly. I’ve sent back and hoping I’ll get a refund.

Seemed like a decent price for what was shown in pictures. But low and behold the base the metal bars go into look warn or to big so it droops from the weight of the steel balls sorry to say but im not impressed with the finish quality of the newton's cradle. 2 out of 5. Spend a bit more and get a better product.

Didnt quite fit together properly but still assembled regardless, worth the money and came quickly
