Out of the box we had to adjust the breaks. Not hard but takes some mechanical sense.Our 5 year old son loves it. It goes into the woods trails well he can maneuver quite easily. 24v is a little under powered for some steep hills but I expected that over 36v. I rather the electric over gas that has more to go wrong.

My electric car broke after one month of use. The company has not responded,other than to say they would call . They have not,and it’s been over a week.

No real complaints yet. Please read. I think this unit is perfect for ages 4 to 9. The 2 speed ride switch is perfect for sharing. Note, Keep eyes on the kids when they ride!! This puddle skipper is a toy with great upgrades that make me feel at ease with the price. Amazon gift cards for the win!!! -- ( Only had it for a few months.) LOOK!!!----> Out the box the Batteries are weak. Do not give up!!! It will take a few crap rides and charges to get full use of the batteries provided with the unit. Do the crap rides a few times. Charge no: 5 or 6 this little toy gets woke up!! Average ATV Run time.... 6 Natty's. 1 kid will get enough ride time no problem. If not, then time to step your game up. Get your kid a Honda, Yammy or Kawai. Don't waste that hard earned OT on some crap Poolaris. (Your better than that.) Lastly, It was easy out the box installation, even after a 3rd SweetWater. BOOM! Now go ride and don't be stupid! *** If I thought I could order another one of these bad boys and it be just as good, then I would.*** BUT...lets face it, this is Amazon shopping in the danger zone so I felt lucky it had all parts and it actually works!

So I would suggest reading the reviews. This says it's for 8 and up. My 8 year old doesn't come close to fitting. This is tiny and not at all powerful. I thoughtbif I paid twice as much as the little tikes I'd get somewhat better. It seems well put together and im sure a 5 to 8 year old would love it. Shipping was aweful. Told me they would be there between 1 and 5 Tuesday and call 30 mins ahead of time. Didn't show. Said the same Wednesday. Called at 454pm and I was home at 519 amd they were gone. Same thing Friday but the shipper eventually sent the guy back.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She used it for about a month. It was awesome. So fast and fun. Then one day, it stopped working. There is power to it, but the throttle doesn't work. We purchased a throttle and control module yesterday but it's for a Razor Quad. Hoping we can install this weekend and that fixes it. If not, I'm down over $500...Would not recommend this.
