This is a great Jerez sherry vinegar. So great on a fresh salad and it reminds me of Spain. Nice acidity, pretty good body, and lends itself nicely to foods. Overall = happy.

Delicious, but too expensive to replace!
I got this free from where I work, as we stopped carrying it. I make a simple dressing with this and basil vinegar. It has a nice body without being too syrupy or too thin. Great flavor...went online to replace it after I used it up, but didn't realize it was $30! I can't justify it for this size bottle, no matter how good it is!!
