Apparently, this is one of the most investigated supplements. People use it for the gym,it is also good for cognitive use aswell,but only afterthe muscle has had its fill. Most people take 20 grams a day of you're. " loading" ; do your research. This is the good stuff.

Good but beware of fake sales!
The product seems adequate, though I don't feel the kind of volumization I used to have. Perhaps as I am getting older I am becoming a non-responder to creatine. But creatine being one of the most proven of supplements, getting one makes sense. This isn't Creapure as far as I can tell, but it is claimed to be NSF certified and Thorne is a reputable brand.That aside, I am appalled by the number of times this has been advertised with a fake sale. Usual price I would get this would be around SGD55. Around now (Black Friday) the usual price miraculously shows as down from SGD86. Caveat emptor not just for this product, but many others on Amazon.
