I recently purchased this baby walker from Amazon, and I must say it has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I opened the box, I could tell that this product was not going to meet my expectations. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed as I encountered one problem after another.Firstly, the wheels of this baby walker are constantly jammed, making it extremely difficult for my little one to move around freely. Despite reaching out to the company for assistance, their suggestions proved to be utterly useless. It's frustrating to invest in a product that fails to function properly, especially when the company's customer support is unhelpful.Moreover, if you have a tall baby, I strongly advise against purchasing this walker. It is shockingly short in height, leaving my baby uncomfortable and restricted. It's disheartening to see my little one struggle to use a product that is supposed to aid their mobility and exploration.To make matters worse, I have been trying to return this walker and get a refund for over a month now. Despite numerous requests, no one from the company has bothered to come and pick up the product.
