NO PAPER WORK OR WARRANTY
Product was excellent but I didn't receive any paper work or warranty what's so ever.

Powerful and effective
The strimmer was easy to assemble. It seems well made and robust. I would like the possibility of attaching a shoulder strap however. The battery easily lasted the length of time I wanted to use it for

It not good enough for cost
This is far too expensive for what it is. Line always breaking, and terribly fiddly to fix when it disappears back into the spool. I’m a Stihl fan with hedge cutters and blowers but this is not good enough

THIS PRODUCT IS A PILE OF JUNK
As above it does SORT OF work. Trouble is the line feed mechanism was designed by a half wit. I spend more time trying to get the line to feed than I do strimming!! I MAY have sorted it by taking a pair of scissors to the white thin plastic which surrounds the spool. Overall it is a POOR quality design which needs serious re-engineering. BTW I purchased the high power battery which is OK but expensive.Used it again today. As usual spent MUCH more time trying to get the strimmer thread to be useable than actually strimming.THIS PRODUCT IS A PILE OF JUNK

Battery doesn't last long.
Great piece of kit and very powerful BUT the battery doesn't last long.If you're wanting this for cutting your garden then it's five stars and completely perfect for that task.But if you're a landscaper or commercial grass cutter this is no good unless you've got about 10 fully charged batteries to get you through your eight hour day because one battery will last for 20-25 minutes of continuous use.

Useless
The strummer reel is such a bad design. It doesn’t really auto feed if turned for lawn edging. Loading new reel into the cartridge is poor. It snags as it wraps so it then frequently, and I mean frequently, stops feeding altogether. Putting mine in the bin. Will never waste money on this over priced rubbish.

Absolutely awful
Strimmer line is a nightmare to put on. Then snaps so frequently. I binned it and bought a black and decker which is fantastic
