This butter is delightful to use. The aroma is pleasant and mild. It’s really soft AND softening on my skin. The high quality of this butter is consistent from the top of the full jar to the edges of a nearly empty jar. I have purchased it 3 times and will purchase multiple jars if/when it becomes available, again. Thank you, Sky Organics for this great shea butter!

Have been using this organic shea butter for years. I use it to make my own body cream which keeps my skin super soft. I know it’s pure because it’s organic and it smells like real roasted shea and not artificial purfume.

I received my sky organic a organic unrefined raw Shea butter today. As you can see by the picture, I wasted no time digging into it.I purchased this at full price based on the reviews I saw. I bought it to use to help with hair growth, to strengthen my hair and to use to make my homemade facial creamsThis is organic, it is raw and unrefined. This is a natural way to look and feel great. I know when used on hair that Shea butter should not be used alone. It needs to be mixed with moisture to seal the Shea butter in. The best way is to wet your hair, make a cream out of the Shea butter with a carrier oil such as jojoba, argan, almond oils etc. apply this to your hair and scalp and leave it on to condition for at least 1/2 hour before washing out.Unrefined Shea butter contains a rich amount of unremovabke fatty acid which rejuvenates and moisturizesIt stimulates cellular activity, fights the effects of aging and repairs damaged skin. So not only am i using this to help strengthen and grow hair but as a moisturizer for my skinThere are no additives again it is pure ivory African unrefined organic Shea butter. The reason you want unrefined is because refined goes through processing in which hexane is added. If you are looking for Shea biter that is pure I recommend sky organics Shea butter.

Once you get past the work of scooping the butter out of the container and getting it ready to apply by rubbing it between your hands, it smooths easily on your body. There is a mild nutty or almost smokey scent when first applied but the scent goes away quickly. I put it on immediately after patting myself dry from the shower and apply a hyaluronic acid based moisturizer over it to help "seal" in the moisture. My body then stays moisturized feeling for the full day. For reference I am a 58 year old woman, with a tendency to have drier, crepey looking skin. This shea butter has truly changed the feel and appearance of my skin. What a bonus that it is organic and sustainably made!!!

This stuff is great for dry skin , and I've also found it great for sunburns, healing tattoos, and chicken skin. It smells really good. It is thick, and can be "greasy" if you load up on it, but even when it's greasy it gives your skin a shine/glow. Its an all natural product and I'll take that over putting potentially harmful chemicals on your skin everyday! It will absorb eventually and leave your skin super smooth

This Shea Butter smells so bad. A lot of Shea Butter smells bad but this one had me insecure to leave the house for sure. Probably wont be buying again not because its not good quality but because the scent is too strong. Apply this when you know youre not going outside because LORD. (Only purcahsed because the one I wanted was out of stock.

I purchased the smaller size twice and it worked beautifully for my daughters sensitive skin, but I have had no luck with the bigger sizes. They are different in color, texture, and smell. The seller reached out to me to me and offered a refund. I ended up trying out a total of three different large sizes. Of the three, I only felt comfortable using one.
