Perfect fit to replace OEM, install a little more complicated that expected
This mounts perfectly to replace the OEM igniter in my Samsung NX58H9950WS oven, the mounting holes match up exactly. Replacing it is more than a simple 10 minute job.First, you will need to remove two bottom oven trays, each with two screws, pretty simple. Then you have to remove the bottom drawer and reach all the way back to the wires to disconnect the two wires. This replacement part is only the two wire model, if you have a different connection you will have to splice the wires. You will also need to mark which wire connects to which one under the oven to make sure it is wired correctly. In my particular over the connectors simply pull apart, there is no tang to depress or anything to unscrew. They are a little tight but they will come apart. After disconnecting the wires you need to remove the burner assembly from the over compartment, again by loosening two screws (one front, one back) then pulling the assembly from the oven. This takes a little wiggling and finagling to get it to come free from the lower compartment. From there you replace the igniter - you guessed it, two screws. Once attached to the burner you reverse steps to put it all together. Feed the wires through the oven compartment to the underneath section and replace the burner assembly, making sure that it seats correctly on the gas feed. Then screw the burner back in place, then the two bottom over trays. I'm pretty handy and this job took probably 30 minutes start to finish. It does work, and work well. My preheating time to 350* is about 6 minutes now, and it was over 30 minutes before replacement. The jury is out on longevity, but this igniter looks to be the same quality as the OEM part it replaced.

works as described, easy to install
Saved a lot of money by replacing this myself. Not hard to do. There are good videos on YouTube describing how to take off the floor of the oven to expose the ignitier, and how to remove the old one an replace with the new one. Only caution: make sure you get the right type of wire connector. One kind has both wires in a single plastic housing. The other kind (this one) has separate wires. So far (after two weeks), the igniter heats properly and our oven is working again.

The price is right
I've purchased these for rentals before from the local parts store. They were almost $100 there a few years ago. This one is the same for all I can tell. The plug worked with the old. It was just plug and play. The wire is plenty long enough, so I was able to connect it from the top. Much easier than trying to reach it from underneath. Hopefully it will last as long as the original, the stove is only 4 years old.

only lasted 7 months
Bought two, one as a backup. The first one isn't working after 7 months and when we opened the back up replacement, it was already broken. not worth the money.

Resolved Pre-Heating Issues
We had pre heating issues with our Samsung range, we with with this Ignitor and fits perfectly. We originally wanted to hire a handy man but decided not to after doing some research we replaced the parts ourselves. It was an easy fix. I would say the hardest part was unscrewing the screws. Otherwise, it was an easy fix. With the original part, it look a good 15-20 mins to pre heat! We tested the pre-heating, with this new replacement it takes about 7 mins to preheat to 400F. Highly recommend.

Easy fix
My Samsung oven was igniting repeatedly while heating up, taking forever to get to temperature, and then finally stopped heating up beyond 200 degrees. I looked it up and it seemed the igniter was the likely problem and I replaced it with this and it was igniting well and heating up to temperature as quickly as it did when I first bought it. Hopefully it will last!
