For Me, This One Is A Loser (EDITED: 10/3/16)
The Good:Plays music through the car speakers (2008 Colorado) with a minimum of fuss. The BadAs others here have noted, the printing on the device is backwards/upside down. The flexible neck really does not support the tuner itself. After a few bumps, it is resting on the transmission hump with the face of the unit no longer visible. The blue light used for the power indicator is, for me, far too bright for night time driving. The microphone for phone calls carries too much ambient noise to be useful while driving.Cannot connect if an earbud is in range and constantly disconnects if earbud is turned on later. This item suffers from numerous very basic flaws that, in my opinion, should have been corrected before it ever came to the public. I am pretty sure I fell victim to the many biased reviews produced when sellers trade an item for "unbiased" reviews. Going forward we should all filter reviews as "Verified Purchase Only" and use the Fakespot browser extension (chrome or firefox only). Now I am off too look for a replacement.-- EDIT --The company responded almost immediately to this review offering to replace the unit. Based on other similar reviews, I could not see any reason that a replacement would function any differently. They then offered a different unit as a replacement, to which I agreed to try.VicTsing Bluetooth FM Transmitter, Wireless In-Car FM Transmitter Radio Adapter Car Kit With USB Car Charger AUX Input 1.44 Inch Display TF Card Slot

Plays Music & Provides Hands Free Phone calls through Car speakers
Update 2: I was provided a new device and the microphone on the new device works much better. Updated to 5 stars as it is a pretty great product at a good price and the customer service was outstanding.Update: VicTsing has been in contact with me and based on my feedback of the microphone performance has offered to send a replacement device. I will update the rating of the device when the new one arrives and I'm able to test the microphone on the new device. The VicTsing rep has been a pleasure to work with. The bluetooth link for playing music or podcasts from my phone to my car stereo is great. Sometimes it takes a bit to connect or I have to disable/renable bluetooth on my phone to make a connection, although that could be an issue with my phone (although I don't have to do it with other BT devices). The Bad: The bluetooth microphone is useless and you basically have to yell for it to even pick up part of your voice. This makes handsfree communication pretty tough while in a car. The only thing you can do to use handsfree while it's plugged in, is disconnect it from the cigarette plugin so that the phone disconnects and you can use the speaker on your phone.

Might work well for you, but apparently Droid Turbos don't like Bluetooth 3.0 devices
UPDATE BELOW - Great Customer Service shifted my rating from 3 stars to 4.This particular model Bluetooth FM Transmitter did not work for my particular phone. It seemed to work at first, doing a good job of sending a static-free signal to my radio. When nothing was playing, it was definitely quieter than the Flexsmart X2 that it replaced. However, it didn't stream smoothly. Every 2-20 seconds there was a hiccup in the stream, making it very unpleasant to listen to. A brief moment of garbled distortion every so often ruins music or podcasts. The Flexsmart never did this and the other BT speakers I use with my phone don't do this, so I believe this device was the culprit. After some more research with a similar device [Mpow Bluetooth FM Transmitter, MP3 Player & Hands-free Calling & Radio Car Kit... https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01K1YT8YI/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_-p.MybK11CWMJ] I eventually determined that it may have been my phone. Both the VicTsing and the Mpow use Bluetooth 3.0. When paired with my phone, a Droid Turbo running Marshmallow 6.01, they both hiccupped.I finally ordered a Bluetooth 4.0 device [AUKEY Bluetooth FM Transmitter, Wireless Car Kit with Dual Port Car Charger ... https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01DVFU53C/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_gG-Myb44FQKC7] and this works smoothly with none of the issues of the Bluetooth 3.0 devices.I think that if you have a phone that works well with Bluetooth 3.0, you might have good success with this device. My phone, apparently, works well with Bluetooth 2.1 [GOgroove FlexSMART X2 Bluetooth FM Transmitter for Car Radio w/ USB Charger ... https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B003PPGOC0/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_an.Myb0BS86J6] and Bluetooth 4.0, but not Bluetooth 3.0. I had always figured that Bluetooth was Bluetooth and not paid much attention to the specific version number before, as long as my phone supported that version.UPDATE: I was very please that shortly after posting this review I was contacted by VicTsing Customer Service and offered a replacement product. In my case, as described above, I didn't think a replacement would satisfy me anymore than the original, as I think it was something to do with my Droid Turbo phone and Bluetooth 3.0 devices. After I responded that a replacement device wouldn't be necessary, as I didn't think it would help me, and as I have found a device that does work for me, they offered a refund. I think that this was a very customer friendly way of handling this situation and I want to commend them for it. I won't hesitate to order other products from VicTsing (or from Mpow, how reached out similarly) in the future. With that said, I would recommend that if you're read this far and have something other than a Droid Turbo, give it a try. I feel confident that if this FM Transmitter doesn't work with your particular phone, they will stand behind their product and replace or refund it. I've added a star to my review because of their support.

Very happy with this purchase
Very pleased so far with the function and quality. We used this on a 2000 mile trip and it worked perfectly and was the exact solution we needed. The signal to my radio was strong and the music was crystal clear. We also used this to listen to audio books which worked equally as well.Big cities with lots of radio stations can cause some mild static but this isn't the fault of the product, all transmitters of this type will have exactly the same issue. It's caused by a strong radio station being on the same frequency you are using to broadcast to your car radio and can be easily corrected by simply choosing a different station. During our 2000 mile trip we ran into static 3 times, but it was never annoying enough for me to bother changing frequencies.
