I cannot say enough amazing things about this tea!!
A bit of my background (ie: you can skip this part past the dotted line I made if you don't want to know the reason I'm taking it):About 6 months ago, two major things happened. One, I had a cervical polyp removed. Two, because my insurance changed I was moved from one birth control to another. I had been on the same birth control for years, so I really feel strongly that changing it for a few months messed me up quite a bit. Fast forward another few months after my cervical surgery, I was diagnosed with having an ovarian cyst. There were all kinds of "fabulous" symptoms that accompanied it including but not limited to: breakthrough bleeding, pain, cramps, severe mood swings, pain during sex - which then lead to a lack of wanting sex, etc. I'm now back on my normal birth control, but I think my body is still adjusting and is unhappy with my ovary. I still had the mood swings and a lot of things either made me irritated or weepy that normally would NEVER have affected my mood at all.(I literally cannot emphasize the mood thing enough. Think of all of those movies making fun of pregnant women's wildly fluctuating hormones. It's like that except I'm not pregnant!)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Enter this tea. I was fooling around on amazon looking for herbs/pills when this happened to pop up in my feed. A lot of people gave it some rave reviews and I thought, jeez, I'm trying to drink more tea anyway, so why not? It has thus far been nothing short of a mood-perking miracle. The first time I drank it I felt pretty okay. The more I drink it, the happier and more okay I feel! I stick to one cup in the morning when I wake up and then one cup in the evening before I go to bed. The flavor itself is hard to describe - a little spicy and herb-ish. It's not my favorite, though it's easy to grow accustom to. The first few times I drank it, it definitely made my throat feel a little raw on impact so I can relate to what some of the other reviewers are referring to.Other perks (aside from the AMAZING perk of not being a raging, firebreathing dragon) include no more bloating, a feeling of being very chill and calm and more mental clarity! I literally can't tell you the difference it's made on my well being and sanity.

Best natural pain relief out there for severe menstrual cramps
This is a MIRACLE tea!I'm a 24 year old, otherwise healthy & fit woman who has always suffered from severe menstrual cramps. Every month, I used to take LOADS of ibuprofen and pamprin for 3-4 days at a time so that I could function and go to work. I saw this in a health foods store and tried it, because I was desperate and it's cheap! I thought the benefits would be as a placebo, or the psychological comfort of drinking something warm when you're in pain. I was mistaken. I feel it actually does a great job of preparing my uturus for "that time" and keeping it relaxed and efficient when the time comes---meaning a lot of effective, natural pain relief. How I use it: I start drinking 2-3 cups of tea per day beginning 3-5 days before my period starts, and then even more if I start cramping. The first day or two of my period, I might have 5-6 cups of tea. This tea TASTES GREAT (not medicine-like at all) and you really can't overdo it. I've been able to wean myself off the ibuprofen to where I'm not taking more than the labeled ibuprofen dosage (about 1/4 of what I was using before). I don't suffer from prementrual symptoms (just agony during menstruation) but I have girlfriends who do and they swear this stuff works for that as well. Amazon has the best price anywhere. Do yourself a favor and try this at least once. If you're a MAN reading this (I know, what are the odds): buy it for your significant other! She'll thank you for life (or until menopause)!

Moon Cycle Tea - seems to work!
I started using this because I was having problems with lots of cramping, excessive bleeding and heart palpitations. I read that vitex (chasteberry) was useful for heart palps, so I thought I'd give this tea a try since it has that ingredient. Well, it has really helped with my PMS and my palps are reduced since I've been using this tea. I drink 2 cups a day and then go up to 4 or 5 when I'm about to start or on my period. The taste is very cinnamony, it tastes good and I've gotten used to it, though I'm not a great fan of cinnamon. I use stevia and lemon in mine and enjoy it.

Great Tea
I have been drinking a lot of this tea the last couple days since I received it. I feel like it helps with water retention, and my body is flushing a lot out since I have been drinking it. Also noticed some kidney soreness at the same time, as well as a constant need to drink more fluids. I'm not sure if that is due to the tea or something else in my life that has been affecting me, but it seems like this tea really helps with detoxification. IMO it tastes good too. I enjoy it without any sweeteners, and prefer it unsweetened. Also, one bad thing about the processing of the tea bags... The string is not stapled to the top. It's a manufacturing issue. The tea bags are NOT SEALED, and if you move it around too much when seeping, the loose crushed leaves will come out into the tea. The strings are not attached to the bags either. I just place the bags against the tea cup and the moisture allows the bags to cling to the side of the cups. I leave it for 10 mins or so, and then squeeze the liquid from the bags before removing them from the tea. Problem solved. It is still very worth the price and I will be purchasing again. Also, I have not had my period since drinking this tea, so I can't say anything about how the tea addresses the issue of PMS. I have bad PMS at times, with symptoms that include bad cramping and diarrhea, light-headedness, fatigue and low moods. It has been sporadic, with some months symptom free, and very painful during some months. I sure hope this tea helps... otherwise, I don't know what I'm gonna do when I have to work on the days I have PMS...Edit: I've also noticed an increase in libido, which I first attributed to the warm weather. After doing more research, I think it is the dong quai in the herbal blend. Maybe I will cut down on the amounts I'm drinking because it has been a bit distracting.
