Perfection
The PERFECT massaman curry base. It's a HUGE jar so you can get 2 bit pots out of this easily. I resealed mine and popped it in the fridge to keep longer. The other ( I bought 2) is hanging out in my pantry. Very, Very easy to use for those new to Massaman!

Delicious taste, good level of salt and all flavor components. Reasonably spicy but not too spicy and I’m not a super spice lover.

Will be a staple. As good as hoped. Moderately spicy, definitely not mild.

Good flavor, but quite spicy!
If you’re trying to avoid MSG or yeast extract, this is good option. Other than one of their other curry pastes, the rest from this brand are also safe. It’s important not to use more than the directions on the packaging indicate, however. If you overdo it, the end result will be far too spicy for the average American palate.

Tasty, not too spicy
This paste is less spicy than other brands I've tired so it allows me to use double or triple the amount without overwhelming the spice level which I really like to let me bring in more of the other flavors of the paste.
