What a great kitchen tool!
My husband saw this and wanted to give it a try. He absolutely loves it! It does need a bit a pressure as another reviewer mentioned. He comments how much he loves it every time we use it - which is most weekends. We do use a toothpick to push out any remaining bits of garlic before we wash it (we handwash our dishes) and we're careful to make sure the little tools that come with it don't go down the drain.

This is good for taller people with adequate upper body strength. My husband likes it. It’s useless to me.
