Gives a great energy boost without the jitters of caffeine. I love this product. I make sure to only take it in the morning or it may keep me up at night. I have an autoimmune disease that sometimes causes severe fatigue in the middle of the day. This doesn't work when I'm trying to do my job... I take these capsules and it gives me just enough boost to get through the day and never leaves me feeling weird.
