Adventure Time, Volume 2 Library Binding – March 5, 2013

Definitely used and didn’t state it was a used book when purchasing Thai was a birthday gift and upon opening for her birthday it was upsetting

My 11 son loves the show and tore through this book in one sitting. He loves all the posters in the back too. If you or your kid loves Adventure Time, you will not be disappointed

I worte a glowing review for AdventureTime vol. 1, but this is even better! The story is great, and I think it takes advantage of being a comic rather than a cartoon by showing us things that would have been far too complicated to animate (Fractal Jake!). Also Ryan North's little comments and jokes written at the bottoms of the pages are always a personal joy.Mostly I loved Queen Bubblegum and all her BA costumes. So cool.

Great books great shape fast shipping

My 10yo son and 8yo daughter love this book. They read it themselves, and out loud to their 6yo brother & 3yo sister. These are fun reading books. My wife isn't fond of the whole Adv. Time. but they are very excited and play with the toys and read the books all the time. Their mind is energized as they play make believe and use the stuffed characters to make all sorts of scenarios for hours on end.

My 17 year old LOVES this book and all Ryan North/Adventure time Comics. Fantastic ART (my daughter is an artist) she wants to collect them all very thick not flimsy. terrific writing graphic novel/comic book. We recommend them all! I plan on getting her a few each year so she can collect them.

A.T. a good read

Me and my kids love Adventure Time and we already have Vol 1 so Vol 2 is a no brainer. The story line and drawings are good and both my kids would pick this up and read it over and over again. Worth every penny.

I bought this for my youngest son as he is an Adventure Time fan and he thoroughly enjoyed reading it, lots of great pictures inside too.

What’s not to like!

Wie auch bei meiner Rezension zum Volume 1 Comicbuch darf diese auch für den zweiten Sammelband nicht fehlen! Leider kommt es in der Produktbeschreibung nicht wirklich raus, dass es Volume 2 ist aber ja, jetzt nachdem ich es bestellt habe, kann es bestätigen ;)Wie auch im ersten Band sind wieder 5 Comics zu einem Sammelband zusammengefasst und die jeweiligen Cover aus den Einzelcomics enthalten. Mehr möchte ich eigentlich gar nicht dazu sagen, da es in keinster Weise dem ersten Band nachsteht! Die Geschichte ist genauso schön wie auch die Details in den Zeichnungen. Auch hier wieder 5 Sterne von mir und die Hoffnung, dass wir in Deutschland bald auch den dritten Band bekommen!

Bought this as a birthday present for a teenager. Got it delivered straight to the birthday boys address and arrived in plenty of time. He is a huge fan of the programme. On reading the reviews of many of the books some were more suitable to younger fans/readers. This appeared to be more suited to his age group. Have been reliably informed that he loves it and keeps quoting stuff which apparently is only in the book and not on the show. So a resounding success.

A fun read. I'd read some of the comics from other authors and they didn't quite cut it for me. But this one was a delight (there's no better word), and I'll be getting more of North's work in this series.
