Great quality. You just assume everything now days is trash, but this thing is solid. I found it much easier to have ground level than the up and down with a miter saw. Cuts were clean, no scoring, no strain. Just a great product. Worth every penny.

Works great. Heavy duty unit that is not too heavy. Has a sharp blade that cuts cleanly at 90 degrees. Much better than scoring with a utility knife. I have only done one floor so not sure how it will hold up.

I did a whole house LVP flooring install. Cut cleanly and easily. Would love to have had a built in ruler to simplify measurements, but not a deal breaker. Cuts square.

Works very good on snap lock flooring. Used it to install 22mm x 7” made smooth straight cuts as advertised.Be advised it has a 90 degree fence on it so it doesn’t do repetitive angles unless you improvise with a clamp and a piece of metal or wood. No dust in the house at all.

I'm not a pro, but I've installed my share of LVT and this tool makes the process much easier and faster than scoring planks. It was easy to set up and cut fine. My only criticism is there is no alignment mark for the cutting blade, so you have to lean over and eyeball the blade and your cutting line. -1 star for that reason. Overall a very good value and a required investment for any job requiring more than a few cuts.

Put down 2200sqft no issues. I sharpened it a few times in the beginning but it came w a sharpening stone. Very good for the price and for someone not laying floor every day.

Never used a flooring cutter before decided to give this one a try since I know the MARSHALLTOWN brand is known for quality products. The flooring cutter is great , the cuts are sharp and accurate. Durability seems great so far. No mess to clean up after using it. Overall happy . Comes disassembled but only takes 2 minutes to put together. Also included you have a stone to sharpen the blade is needed. Only used it once on LVP but will update the review in time with different thicknesses of material.
