This comforter is put together pretty well as far as stitching goes, but it's not overly filled. Many of the squares are about one half filled with feather, which is no problem when lying flat, but pretty noticeable on the sides of the bed where the comforter is hanging over the edge of the mattress. Also, I ordered white, which is more of an Ivory than a bright white. Still, for the money, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. It's fairly quiet, and warm, so it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I had a very expensive($600 in 2003) down comforter for almost 20 years. It was extremely thick and fluffy. The most comfortable blanket that has ever graced my skin. It finally gave up on me, so I bought this as a replacement. I was worried about a downgrade in quality because of the price. I opened the package and the blanket was extremely thin. It was vacuumed for transport but even after fluffing it was still pretty thin. It didn’t feel all that soft either. I thought hard about returning it, but I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. Over time the blanket got a little thicker and it became just as soft and as comfortable as my other blanket. A perfect replacement.

I got my first one many moons ago. Different brand. However, it was a part of me. It was given to me by my dear mom. I would wash the cover on a timely basis but did not want to go to the 100 dollar expense of going to a cleaners for the feathers. Alas, overtime I knew it was time to say good-bye. I dreaded the moment. When the moment arrived after considerable consternation. I made my choice, expecting the worst. My first night was joy! It continues to be. To me my action was not the fulfillment of a simple purchase. It was the fulfillment of a beautiful memory. It continues to be. AND soon I will be released from this Asylum I am living in. Seriously, great deal, great product. You will be satisfied. Buy it!!

A new Down Comforter has been on my 'need to do list' for a couple years and I just hadn't got to it yet. A friend purchased this comforter for a bedroom make-over and asked me to help assemble it all with them. I was so impressed with it I went home and ordered one for myself.I really like that it has the corner bands to tie a duvet cover to, my old down comforter didn't have them. Because they come vacuum sealed you just toss them on the bed and do a kind of 'walking the wool' thing with them and they fluff real nicely. They will continue fluff more for about 2-3 days as it's on the bed.

Overall 4 stars, very comfortable and lightweight, like sleeping on a cloud.However it has a funny smell (almost like grass or earthy?) and I don't know if there's some kind of chemical sprayed on it?? But I woke up this morning at 3am because my legs felt super itchy and on fire. Hopefully this will go away because it's soooo comfortable to sleep with and exactly what I was looking for.

At first, I was a little disappointed in the weight of the comforter... thinking it was too thin I added another blanket over it.In the middle of the night, I found out that was a mistake.I'm happy with the purchase, this comforter looks like it will be with me for a long time.

This was such a steal these are literally like $250 in the stores I’ve been looking …. I thought this looked thin and flimsy in the pics no it’s so fluffy and the material is cool to the touch I live in Florida I needed something that’s no going to make me sweat …. It’s very comfortable and cozy I feel I sleep better

This was thinner and not as full as I was hoping. It is soft and does keep you warm though.
