What is the finish? Matt, gloss,or satin

StoneCoat now offers the Ultimate Top Coat in a gloss finish.

At what point in time after pouring epoxy do you apply top coat. Also do you mix part A and B together in a 1:1 ratio?

The topcoat does not get applied until the base color coat is totally dry, your topcoat is the clear coat. I waited 2 days, 1 may be enough. You just have to make sure it is dry. The directions are on the bottle for the Ultimate topcoat, it is not 1 to 1 for that, I just don't remember the mix. You mix it correctly it is fantastic. My countertop is beautiful, and the topcoat makes it scratch proof.

Can this be used for an outdoor table that will get alot of sun?

I looked for information about this, it doesn't say and only shows indoor examples so no. I recently did a project for outdoors and had bought similar but found "indoor use" in directions. Get a can of exterior Marine Coating Varnish. A second coat after 8 hours gave a nice deep look. More coats deepen more.

Do i have to lightly sand or can i roll it over my epoxy ? I made a deak and used a 1:1 mix and after 4 weeks some places are still tacky.

Great Question! First things first you're going to want to take care of those tacky spots. You have a couple options to try but my biggest recommendation would be to clear coat the remaining tacky spots, and use a heat gun to get it to cure faster. (You Do Not Want To Sand Your Countertop With Those Tacky Spots) Once you get rid of the tacky spots then you can lightly sand the epoxy using 220 grit sand paper. Clean and roll your countertop. Then you can apply the UTC.
