Brandline Parts & Shipping Fee

I needed a replacement net for our trampoline, and within a week of contacting the company, we have an affordable, new net on our trampoline :)The customer service rep, Ivy, made things very easy and was so helpful.

I had purchased a trampoline from this company in 2016 and part of the frame broke. There was a 10 year warranty on the frame and the company worked so hard to help me and only charged me shipping and replacing the parts we needed in order to get the kids jumping again. They even helped me after I missed ordering a few items. Well worth the money and investment and overall we have been thoroughly pleased with the trampoline brand and purchase as well! Excellent. Kudos to this company.

I bought a trampoline about a year ago from Brandline. A few months ago, a windstorm flipped it and when it landed, one of the pipes snapped. I contacted the company looking to order the replacement, and their customer service - Martina assisted me - was absolutely amazing. They sent me a diagram to identify which part I needed, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Literally, just the shipping. I received the part in less than a week, and I was even contacted upon delivery to make sure I received it and that it was the correct part. Absolutely outstanding customer service, I highly recommend the company. :)

Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past with a lot of companies. Not with these folks. Brandline is a very good company from which to get your Canopy needs. I recommend them completely.

Id bought this item about 2 or 3 yrs ago. Sun,rain,snow and temp had eroded the top. Oxidation will destroy anything. I contacted the company through amazon and they needed original order number, amazon had it, and pics. Bought the new top so I didn't have to buy an entire new set up. It arrived a few day later. The company helped with everything about the process. Really satisfied with the product and the company who made it.
