Excellent Stand!
Very lightweight, well constructed tree stand. It sits very comfortably (although I generally am standing anyways), and is very sturdy when properly engaged on a tree. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the stand does tend to rattle and make a bit of noise when I'm carrying it in. The serrated grips that dig into the tree also have a tendency to catch on my boots as I'm walking, and that can be quite annoying. Other than that, I would highly recommend this tree stand for anyone who plans on making long treks into the woods.

lightest available!
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. We have several tree stands (ladder and climbing) and in my opinion Summit makes some of the best. This was the lightest one available at the time. He is 6'3" and 195lbs and it fits; however he says it is a bit harder to climb with than regular climbing stand. He loves it!Update: After getting the hang of it...he says not that bad to climb with, the weight is awesome and its his favorite!!!

light and easy
Works very well,.light..easy to pack and carry...only gave 4 stars because haven't actually hunted with the stand yet...just up a couple trees so far. Hunting with a recurve... I'm worried there's not much clearance on the sides. Time willntell

Well made, LIGHTWEIGHT
Pros:Awesome constructionVery lightweightSimple InstructionsDef Sound DeadeningConsBackpack 'feature' can be improved. I am 5'10" and the teeth from the stand still catch on my trousers/calvesBackpack straps can be foam padded for added comfortNot really a con, but lost the leg relief pouch on the first day I was out. Make sure you guys stitch it on the leg relief strap before you leave!

Rock steady stand.
Quiet and comfortable-like any new stand takes a bit of getting used to but once you are there and you take your time, it is quiet sturdy and rock solid in the tree. Get a couple of extra straps and use them to lock the bottom to the top once in place less risk of climber loosening and banging against the bottom.

Good Choice
Light, comfortable, sturdy, quiet as long as you are careful to not clamor through the woods like an elephant. Done

Simple is best.
It's light, quite, and easy to use. I was able to sit for several hours without feeling fatigued. The several hours paid off with a BBD
