Has lasted daily use for the last month nicely, used for cleaning restaurant grill. Screws are folding I'm place, the handle, and metal plate show so sign of deformation. Great investment.

I bought a janky one from Lowes to clean my Blackstone and it fell apart after a few uses. This is like the one I used as a fry cook back in my younger days. Very sturdy handle, metal plate is solid, and it cuts through grime perfectly.

Works like a charm. Remember to buy more pads. Have a strong grip.on the handle or it'll get stuck in a dirty part of the grill and your hand will move and fall on the grill and burn you.

This product works really well - my griddle was completely blackened from a year of use. I had "cleaned" the griddle by scraping off the oil after each use and thought that would be sufficient until the darkened stuff started to flake off. I purchased this product and have used it 3 times - as I mentioned it cleans well, but it is not durable. The screen pad is already worn and not cleaning as well as the first two uses. For the amount charged, the product should last longer!

I was surprised how well the dimples on the metal plate actually hold the scotch-brite pads. I'm glad I got this and not the cheaper all plastic version.

If you have a high-end range with a griddle, this 3M cleaner will be your (or your cleaner's) new best friend. It brought my griddle back to looking like new in seconds (it was practically black with years of use an incorrect cleaning) - now it looks like it did in the showroom! Remember that the griddle plate itself is made of cold-pressed steal, so it requires a totally different type of cleaning than the rest of your range parts/surfaces... First, let your griddle cool down so it's still warm/hot to the touch, but not so hot that you can't get close to it. Then just pour a small amount of white vinegar mixed with water (1:3), it's ok if it sizzles with the heat. Then give your griddle a firm cleaning with the pad only, in a linear motion (with the grain of the steal). If it's tough dirt/grease/rust then use the hard screen on top of the pad. This will strip away all of your woes. Lastly - be sure to buy plenty of refills - the pads and screens wear out after 2 or 3 uses. ENJOY!

This works well to clean my stainless steel griddle except at the edges and corners. To clean edges and corners, you have to apply both downward force and sideways force at the same time, which makes the holder slip away from the pad very easily. You can kind of make it work by slightly "bunching up" the pad around the edge/corner of the holder but I still couldn't get enough of a hold on the pad to be able to get enough force on the griddle to fully clean the edges and corners. I've attached pictures of my results. On the plus side, I have determined that the product is dishwasher-safe.

This is the best product if have EVER bought. I thought I was doing a bang up job cleaning my griddle, but I was very wrong. You don't know what clean is until you use thing thing the first time. I left the griddle warm and sprayed some water and some canola oil. Added some light scrubbing with this thing, the griddle looked fantastic. I used to get my arms a workout by scrubbing with sponges and steal wool. This thing is gets the surface far cleaner with less effort. I need to find another way to work out my arms now...
